to our course that you will have no worries. Our
staff will work behind the scenes to ensure that
the outing format is just right, help administer
contests and assist with prize distribution, and
generally make sure that your golfers have fun.

General Information
All of our Outing Packages offer the following
available services:
Pre-event Planning:
• Outing Coordinator’s Checklist
• Help with the design of the tournament format,
rules, and course setup
• Creation of a web registration Site through
Piney Point’s web host
• Help with selection and purchase of prizes/tee
tournament packs for participants, if desired.
• Help provide ideas that will make your event
exciting and special for each participant
• Help with the design of any tournament
signage; i.e., flyers, sponsor signs, etc. Can
provide a list of sign makers.
• Provide Hole-In-One prizes for additional
fees.
Day of Tournament Services:
• Welcome sign with your group or event name at
our front entrance.
• Registration area with tables and chairs for
check-in
• Cart signs with names & hole assignments for
shotgun starts
• Tournament rules sheets and pin sheets
• Placement on the course of tee sponsor signs
• Beverage service on the course
• Provide markers & pencils for contest holes;
i.e., Closest to the Pin, etc.
• Prize tables, personalized score sheets,
scoring
• Help organize Awards Ceremony after completion
of play
Post Tournament Services:
• Provide you with a complete list of scores
from tournament based on format.
• Email all results to newspaper of choice
including picture of winners.
• Meet with tournament liaison to provide ideas
and suggestions for next year’s event. |
